1926 Company formed by amalgamation of the railway signalling departments of Siemens Brothers and Co and GEC[1]

1939 Railway electrification business was won, both at home and abroad. Siemens and General Electric Railway Signal Co had experienced a busy year[2].

1951 One of the larger division of Siemens Brothers and Co; the division was jointly owned with GEC.

By 1953 Was an associated company of GEC[3]
