Bayliss Prizeman, Institution of Civil Engineers. Paper read before Institution of Civil Engineers for which awarded Miller Prize. Collaborated with D. Carnegie in production of "Liquid Steel: Its Manufacture and Cost," published in 1913. War Services.—In charge of design of ammunition. Royal Laboratory, Woolwich Arsenal.
