'... the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Martin Schunck, Johann Daniel Souchay, Charles Isaac Souchay, Herman Benecke, Frederic William Benecke, Charles Victor Benecke, Philipp Wolff, and Edward Schunck, as Merchants, at Leeds, in the county of York, under the style or firm of Schunck, Souchay, and Co., was on the 31st day of December last, dissolved by mutual consent, so far as relates to the said Philipp Wolff...'.[1]
