1898 On 22 March, the New Schultze Gunpowder Co was registered to acquire the undertaking of the Schultze Gunpowder Co[2]

1899 Reverted to the old title.

1911 Schultze Company incorporated on 19 July.

1914 Manufacturers of Smokeless Gunpowder and Cartridges for use in Sporting Shot Guns. [3]

1918 Schultze Gunpowder Co was incorporated into Explosives Trades Ltd as part of the merger of 29 makers of explosives[4]
