1887 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Abraham Saville and James Saville, carrying on business as Bicycle Manufacturers and Engineers, at 52, Corporation-road, Middlesborough, in the county of York, under the style or firm of Saville Brothers, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the date hereof. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said James Saville, by whom the business will in future be carried on...'[1]
