Partners were Herbert Percy Saunderson and Arthur Vernon Gifkins

1912 Dissolution of the Partnership between Herbert Percy Saunderson and Arthur Vernon Gifkins, carrying on business as Engineers and Iron-founders, at Elstow Works, Bedford, under the style or firm of "SAUNDERSON AND GIFKINS." All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm will be received or paid, and such business will be carried on in the future by Saunderson and Mills Limited.[1]
