Samuel Fielding (c1824-1874) of Fielding and Platt

1855 Went to Gloucester to work for William Eassie and Sons

Became a partner with John Gillett in the Atlas ironworks

1866 Partner and the financial man behind the formation of Fielding and Platt

1874 March 31st. Died. Probate shows him as an Engineer and Machinist of Gloucester.
