PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery,Ji made in a cause Crosley against Crosley, such of the next of kin of Samuel Crosley, late of Cottage-lane, City-road, and of Hornsey-lane, in the county of Middlesex, Esq. deceased, as were living at the time of his death (which happened in or about the month of November 1845), and also the legal personal representatives or representative of such of them (if any) as have since died, are forthwith to come in and make out their, his, or her claims or claim as such next of kin, or legal personal representatives or representative, before Richard Richards, Esq. ....
