1877 Patent. '3029. To Rudolph Duerre, of No. 15, King's road, Chelsea, in the county of Middlesex, for the invention of "improvements in bicycle wheels."'[1]

Presumably the same as R. Duerre, who patented improvements in bicycle wheels.
