Note: This is a sub-section of Royal Aircraft Factory.

Designed in May 1914 and developed from the B.E.2c but had a steel-tube fuselage and a 70-hp Renault engine.

No prototype built. Four ordered from the British and Colonial Aeroplane Co but the order cancelled soon after.
