1999 Roxspur's measurement and control division was formed into Roxspur Measurement and Control Ltd by Garry Swindell, Managing Director, by consolidating a number of businesses including The Brearley Group, C.T. Platon, Sensit Ltd and Nulectrohms Ltd. The company was based in Sheffield.

2014 Roxspur Measurement & Control Ltd became part of TT Electronics Plc's Sensing and Control division.
