1912 Obituary [1]

RONALD JOSEPH FRANCIS, born on the 9th May, 1881, died at Finchley on the 14th April, 1912, aged 30.

After receiving his practical training under Messrs. J. Simpson and Company, he was engaged on water-supply work under Messrs. Taylor, Sons, and Santo Crimp, and the Portsmouth Waterworks Company, and for 6 years in the Main Drainage Department of the London County Council, chiefly on the construction of the new low-level sewers.

Mr. Francis was elected an Associate Member of The Institution on the 3rd December, 1907.
