Career: Joined R.I.M. as Engr.-Sub.-Lieut., Aug., 1905; Engr.-in-Charge of Persian Gulf Lights for three years; served in the R.N. as Engr.-Lieut. for nine months during the War, afterwards reverting to R.I.M.; Surveyor of Stores, Govt.
