Robert Wilson and Co of Forth Street, Newcastle

Presumably the business of Robert Wilson (of Gateshead)[1]

1826 Built a locomotive named Stockton for the Stockton and Darlington Railway, the fifth locomotive on this line - the locomotive may have been called Chittaprat

The engine was not a success; the boiler was used for Hackworth's Royal George.

1827 Built the Royal George for Timothy Hackworth which was used on the Stockton and Darlington Railway
