1922 B.A., B.A.I., Assoc.M.Inst.C.E., Civil Engineer, Shanghai, China, T. A.: " Moorhead, Shanghai." b. 1865. Ed. Arts and Engineering Courses, Trinity College, Dublin University. Served with James Barton, M.Inst.C.E. (deceased), on light railways, Donegal, and Carlingford Lough improvement. Joined Imperial Railways of North China, 1892. Started in private practice in Shanghai, China, 1898.
