Richard Beresford Burrowes (c1872-?) A.C.G.I. (Sth. Kensington, 1893), B.Sc. Lond. Ex. Maths. and Physics, M.I.E.E.

1939 Sycamore House, Tydd, Kent. Age: 67. Recognised Teacher in Elect. Eng., London University. Asst. Teacher, Elect. Eng., Glasgow Tech. College, 1904-6, and Battersea Polytechnic, 1912-17. Head of Elect. Eng. Dept., Liverpool Central Tech. School, 1917 to 1931. Nov retired. In 1910, patented entirely new type of Electrostatic voltmeter.
