Born the son of George Baker, Merchant Taylor

1911 Living at 20 Old Park Ridings, Winchmore Hill, Southgate: Reginald Francis Baker (age 35 born Snaresbrook, Essex), Civil Engineer with London County Council. With his wife Margaret Baker (age 35 born Merthyr Tydfil)and their two daughters Elsie Margaret Baker (age 6 born Glasgow) and Dorothy Farquhar Baker (age 3 born Ilford). Also his mother-in-law Margaret Cocker (age 56 born Pontypool). One servant.[1]
