RHM, known more fully as Rank Hovis McDougall was a United Kingdom food business.

It owned a number of leading brands including:
- Bisto gravy
- Be-Ro Flour
- Hovis bread and flour
- Mr Kipling cakes
- Paxo stuffing
- Sharwood's Indian, Chinese and SE Asian sauces
- Mother's Pride bread
- Cadbury's cakes (manufactured under licence from Cadbury Schweppes)
- Atora shredded suet
- Saxa salt
- Cerebos salt
- McDougalls flour and cake mixes
- Robertson's jams
- Frank Cooper's jams
- Rombouts coffee
The company dated back to the merger in 1962 of flour millers Hovis, owner of Hovis and Be-Ro, and Joseph Rank.

Purchased by Tomkins plc in 1992, it was delisted from the London Stock Exchange for a period of 13 years until, under new management, the company was again listed on the LSE in July 2005.

In March 2007, RHM plc ceased to exist as the entire share capital was bought over by rival Premier Foods.
