1927 Company founded by Marcel Porn, a Romanian by birth (he died in 1949). Address was Porn and Dunwoody Ltd. of 72-78, Fleet-street, London, E.C.4.

1927 They represented the Motorenfabrik Deutz A.G. interests in Great Britain and Ireland.[1]

Post WWII Produced the Uniporn engine in three sizes up to 12 hp. [2]

The company was also a manufacturer and installer of lifts.
