c. 1882 Company established.[1]

1897 Became a limited company. Directors: Adam Hill, P. M. Harley, Frederick E. Judd and Edward D. White. Manager: Walter C. Hoskins.[2]

1900 Frome Bridge Soap Works, 'formerly occupied by Phillips, Hoskins and Co. Ltd,' sold.[3]
