Founded after World War 1. Maker of children's bicycles.

Later moved into part of the old A.J.S. works at Graiseley Hill.

Post WWII production was moved to works in Temple Street

Toy cycles and pushchairs were added to the product range. John Whittingham, who had been cycle production manager at Sunbeam, was the company's managing director.

Late 1940s moved to works on the corner of Salop Street and St. Marks Road.

Mid-1950s The company closed.
