1968 Merger of Peglers with Hattersley Holdings; name was changed to Pegler-Hattersley[2].

1969 The group included Pegler and Louden, Peter Marshall (Valve) and Beck and Co (Meters). Acquired the Newman Hender Group[3]

1970 Integrated the Nottingham subsidiaries of Sydney Smith and Sons with Midco Steam Specialities; a new group of companies was in Hull[4]

1986 Tomkins Engineering Group bought this group of companies and de-merged the group.
