1914 January. Company formed. 'Peco Engines.— This company has just been registered, with capital of £1,500 in £1 shares, to carry on the business of manufacturers of motor and engines. The subscribers are D. A. Pearson, Knightwich, School Road, Moseley, Birmingham engineer, and J. A. Cole, 34. Constance Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, clerk. Private company. The number of directors is not be less than two nor more than five. The first are D. A. Pearson, J. A. Cole, and G. Pearson. Qualification 100 Registered office, 129, Mill Road Birmingham.'
