1977 Magnetic Devices joined with Pye Electro Devices (solenoid manufacturers)

1983 Company renamed PED.

By 1985 was part of Cambridge Electronic Industries[1]

1989 Owned by Cambridge Electronic Industries[2]

1990 Cambridge Electronic Industries sold its electronics division, including Belling Lee Ltd, Dialight Corporation Ltd and PED Ltd[3], presumably to Roxboro Group

1992 PED merged with Belling Lee, a manufacturer of fuses, fuse holders, filters and connectors, to form BLP Components
