1868 Established by Peter Dochard Mitchell.

1909 The business was incorporated as a private company, P.D. Mitchell Limited, with capital of £15,000, 'to acquire the business at present carried on by P.D. Mitchell, merchant, Dundee, and W.A. Mitchell and Co'.[1]

1928 Oil refiners, metallic cask manufacturers, Kingsway Works, West Clepington Road, Dundee[2]

1929 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
