1908 Company incorporated; the shareholders were David Oliver Guest, Oliver David Guest, Arthur Guest, James Edgar Guest, Louise Miller, Florence Timmins, John Sidney Gadsby[1]

1950 Acquired by F. H. Tomkins [2] but seems to have continued to be run as a business under the original name[3]

1972 Name changed to F. H. Tomkins Buckle Co
