Brewers of Devizes, Wiltshire Owned by Wadworth and Co

1885 A new brewery which was designed and built by Henry Wadworth.

The type of building was typical for the period; the ingredients of the brew were lifted to the top of the brewery and gravity used thereafter in the various stages of brewing.

Has a single-cylinder horizontal engine by George Adlam and Sons and dated c1885
