1881 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Francis Tullie Wollaston and Norman Percy Miles Tronson, carrying on business as Foreign Exchange Brokers, at No. 2, Cushion-court, Old Broad-street, in the city of London, under the style or firm of Wollaston and Sons, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]

1882 '...Norman Percy Miles Tronson, of No. 80, Lombard-street, in the city of London, the Managing Director of the said English and French Bank Limited, to be the Official Liquidator of the above-named Company...'[2]
