Chief Engr., 1887; Surveyor to Lloyd's Register, Singapore, 1893-95; Hong-Kong, 18951905; Constantinople, since 1905; during the War, Senior Surveyor at the Piraeus; at the latter part of the War, Principal Surveyor to Lloyd's Register in Egypt and Representative of the Director of Ship Repairs (Foreign).
