Formed by parent company Jessel Securities consisting of;
- Stoves Ltd, Stoney Lane, Prescot, Merseyside (acquired with Falks Veritas)
- Moorwood-Vulcan Ltd , Butterthwaite Lane, Ecclesfield, Sheffield (acquired with Brightside Engineering)
- Veritas Ltd, Corney Road, Chiswick, London (acquired with Falks Veritas)
1971 Veritas gas mantle production had moved to Chiswick by August 1971 and had a factory in Malta at the Bulabul trading Estate.[1]

Seconded various individuals based at Stoves, which was by far the biggest company in the group, to resolve problems at the other plants. These included Colin Massey, Dave Charters, John Naylor, and Roy Porter.
