probably William Joseph Masser-Horniman (1870-1950)

ca.1870 Born the son of William Masser, a Cotton Agent.

1906 Marriage. 'Mrs. Horniman, the widow of the former Liberal M.P. for Falmouth, was married at St. John's, Paddington, this morning, to Mr. William Joseph Masser, of Lancaster-gate. The bride was given away by Sir Charles Rich, Bart. Only immediate friends and relatives were present. After the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Masser-Horniman left for a motor-tour in the Riviera.'[1]
