The Motor Patent Fuel Company, Limited, of Swansea, was set up for the purpose of manufacturing patent fuel in Leghorn, Italy, where such fuel is used especially by the railways.

1898 set up a factory in Leghorn to serve the district including Regio-Emilia, Pisa, Bologna, Florence, &c.

1912 Company voluntarily wound up. John Glasbrook is Chairman.[1]

George Henderson was company secretary
