1892 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Christian Korte and James Moore, carrying on business as Mechanical Engineers, at Victoria-road, Leeds, in the county of York, under the style or firm of Moore and Korte, has been dissolved, by mutual consent...'[2]

1894 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Harrison and Christian Korte, carrying on business as Engineers, at Victoria-road, Leeds, under the style or firm of Moore and Korte, has been dissolved, by by mutual consent, as from the 26th day of May, 1894. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Christian Korte, who will continue the business under the same firm name...'[3]
