1904 The company was registered on 26 October, and is the result of the amalgamation of the businesses of Mitchell Brothers of Waterfoot, manufacturers, dyers and printers of felt and tapestry goods, and other kindred firms and a joint stock company. [1]

1912 Foundation felts.

1913 Catalogue issued featuring Mascolite material used under the foundation blocks of Engines to prevent vibration. Also used as a bedding for Rails, Bridge Works, Columns, Girders, Electrical, Printing and General Machinery, Power Hammers and Presses.

1962 Company merged with the Bury Felt Manufacturing Co to form Bury and Masco Industries Ltd.
