1947 Subsidiary of George Cohen, Sons and Co; maker of general purpose wood working machinery. Made use of the parent company's machining and assembly facilities at Stanningley.

1953 Reduced demand for castings led to short time working in the foundry; production of general purpose wood working machinery came to an end; production of bandsaws was taken over by the parent company[1]
