1878 Company established.

1914 Electric, hydraulic and hand power lift manufacturers. Speciality: patent safety electric lifts. [1]

1926 - January. J. and E. Hall acquired a controlling interest in the company, and took an active part in the management. The manufacture of the Medway lifts in future were undertaken at Messrs. Hall's works at Dartford.[2]

1926 - October. The company secured the services of R. A. Evans of Leicester, who acted as their provincial sales manager.[3]
