'...the partnership which subsisted between the undersigned John Robert Lucas, William Chance, Edward Homer and William Coathupe in the Crown Window Glass and Bottle Manufactories at Nailsea in the county of Somerset and in the City of Bristol, under the firm of Lucas, Chance, Homer, and Coathupe, expired by effluxion of time on the 31st March last; and that the said business will in future be carried on by the said John Robert Lucas, William Coathupe and Edward Homer in copartnership with the undersigned Edward Homer under the firm of Lucas, Coathupe, and Homer...'[1]
