1731 The company offers 50 shares at Garraway's Coffee House in Exchange Alley.[1]

Later the company found it could not compete with the supply of clean, pressurised water made available to the New River Co.

1822 London Bridge Waterworks was dissolved and its water supply licence was purchased by the New River Co.

c.1830 The water works were removed in order to make way for the reconstruction of the London Bridge
