1968 Acquired by Davy-Ashmore except for the Bedford works which would be closed[3]

1978 a subsidiary of Davy Corporation

1981 Acquired a shareholding in Marlow Industrial Systems from Davy-Loewy

Presumably became Davy-McKee (Poole)
