1943 Morris Radiators opened a manufacturing facility in Llanelli to produce the revolutionary gill tube radiator for the Spitfire aeroplane.

1977 Formation of SU-Butec which includes Llanelli Radiators

1987 A management buyout of the Llanelli radiator factory from SU-Butec.

1989 Acquired by Calsonic Corporation

1994 With support from the Welsh Development Agency, Calsonic International (Europe) plc established its European Technology Centre at Llanelli.

2000 With support from the Welsh Assembly Government, Calsonic International (Europe) plc built a wind tunnel test facility at Llanelli, and an Advanced Learning Centre.

2000 Calsonic Corporation and Kansei Corporation merge in Japan to become Calsonic Kansei Corporation.

2002 Calsonic Automotive Products and Llanelli Radiators merged as Calsonic Kansei UK Ltd
