Lister Electric Light and Power Manufacturing Co
- By 1894 the Lister Electric Light and Power Manufacturing Co was formed by the sons of William Lister at the River Mill, Dursley, which brought electric power to the town for the first time.
- 1903, after the death of William, the company was taken over by R.A. Lister, creating the Lister Electrical Machinery Co
- 1907 The company and factory was taken over by Mr H. St. Hill Mawdsley forming Mawdsleys.
