1885 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership hitherto existing between Alfred Lilwall and Charles Binks, trading under the style or firm of Lilwall and Binks, at 28, Argyle-street; Birkenhead, in the county of Chester, Bicycle and Tricycle Agents, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]
