c.1986 Set up Stablex Ltd, a JV with Tunnel Holdings, to deploy the Sealosafe process in South East England

1987 Acquired Barnett and Beddows, Gibson Waste Co, Manners Brick Co, John Hudson (Birmingham). Sealosafe plants were established at West Thurrock, Aldridge, Yorkshire, etc[1]

1997 Acquired by General Utilities
