'...Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Samuel Leek and Joseph Fletcher, carrying on business together at Great Hampton-street, Wolverhampton, in the county of Stafford, as Bicycle Makers, under the style or firm of Leek, Fletcher, and Co., has this day been dissolved by mutual consent....'[2]
