of the Marsh Soap Works, Silverthorn Lane, St Philips, Bristol

1861 Lawson, Phillips and Billings took over the Marsh Soap Works[1], previously occupied by Cox and Shaw.[2]

1887 Electric lighting fitted to the Marsh Soap Works[3]

1898 By this date the company had become Lawson and Co.[4]
