Assistant with D. and C. Stevenson, M.M.Inst.C.E., Edinburgh; Assistant with British Admiralty Works' Loan Department on Keyham Dockyard Extension contract; Gibraltar Harbour and Dockyard construction contract. Assistant with Works Department, Chinese Maritime Customs Service. Now Engineer-in-Chief to the Chinese Maritime Customs Service, with charge of the lighting, etc., of the coast of China and service engineering and architectural work at the Treaty Ports. Member of the Council of the " Engineering Society of China."
