1888 Partnership change. '...the Partnership formerly existing between the undersigned, Henry Kneeshaw Henry Lupton, William Lupton, and Banister Lupton, carrying on business at Llysfaen, in the county of Carnarvon, under the style or firm of the Pentregwyddel Quarry Co., and at Port Nant, in the county of Carnarvon, and at Liverpool, under the style or firm of Kneeshaw, Lupton, and Co., was, on the 30th day of June, 1888, dissolved, by mutual consent, as far as regards the said Banister Lupton, who has retired...'[1]
