Arkway Works, The Hyde, Hendon

February 1927 - Company formed to be electrical, mechanical and general engineers with the main focus to be on an anti-theft device for motor cars.

1929 - After disappointing sales of the anti-theft device, the management decided it was no longer worth manufacturing the switch. By the end of the following year the company had switched to general engineering work but was still operating at a loss.

1937 - The company was liquidated.[1]
