'...the firm of King, Hamwell, and Co., who carried on business under the style of the Brighton Bicycle and Tricycle Company, at the Viaduct Bicycle and Tricycle Works, London-road, Brighton, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business at that address will in future be carried on by Mr. J. V. King...'[1]
