Joseph Roper (c1811- ) of the Pepper Mill, Wigan

1851 Living at the Pepper Mill, Warrington lane, Wigan: Joseph Roper (age 40 born Wigan), Brassfounder master Manufacturer employing 37 men and boys. With his wife Ann Roper (age 50 born Scarisbrick). Also his father James Roper (age 78 born Abram), Labourer.[1]
